My name is Stewart Kay and my home town is Yate, Nr. Bristol in Avon. With my disability of S.W.S I've a lot to contend with, but I try hard to overcome it. However, I do say "this life might be a bitch to you but don't let your disability ruin your life" and look at what I've achieved! Maybe you could achieve something as hard and show people you're as good as them - even with a disability.

I started doing photography as it was my dad's hobby and we had slide shows often through the winter months so as you can imagine I started to show an interest in photography. For my twelfth birthday I asked for a camera and I've been doing photography on and off ever since.

So when 1988 came around I moved to Salisbury and soon after I started a business called Scratchers Animal Care. It's main aim was to house sit and walk dogs for the elderly as well as people out at work. Unfortunately, because of ill health I had to close it in 2002. I was upset to do so as I really loved helping people.

In late 2003, I was starting to get well again so what could I do? Why not do what I like to do as it's my hobby and it gets me out and about and my friends tell me that I'm good at it! So I'll let you make your own judgement and I hope you think the same.

In January 2004 I started Kay2 Photography with help from the Job Centre & Inbiz. So now you can find me at various craft fayres in and around Salisbury. If you would like to buy some of my framed landscape photos, or book a time for a family portrait, I am more than happy to help you.

October 2004 I was given the opportunity to display my pictures in Endless Life Cafe, Salisbury which meant people were able to see & buy my pictures at any time.

On the 16th August 2005 I bought the distribution rights to XS stimulation drink and in the process created Kay 2 Industries so now i can supply pubs, restaurants and the public with XS stimulation drink. (which also consists of shareholdings in M&S and Sainsbury's)
